Employers
Developing Young Workforce North East is the group that works with Employers to set up links to schools.
The aim of DYW is for employers to work with schools and community partners to help youngsters gain the skills and qualities needed to help prepare them for the world of work.
Working with our schools and young people will help our young people make learning real and better prepared for real work situations.
Through your partnerships and collaboration with schools you will grow your business, develop your skills base and invest in future talent that could become key members of your team in the future.
See the links at the side of the page to find out how you can become involved.
